Perspective:

Department of
Obstetrics and Gynecology of Omolbanin Hospital  (Q) with respect to the compliance plan is considered a successful model for all patients and clients. This section has proper position in Omolbanin hospital activities.
Qualitative and quantitative methods and the promotion of maternal and child health with the use of trained and experienced personnel and with their academic abilities along with new technology have made a perfect pattern in Gynecology in the holy city of Mashhad.

Mission:

Department of
Obstetrics and Gynecology of Omolbanin Hospital with the approval of God and in light of the teachings of Islam is committed to promote the health of patients and babies and to reduce mortality and those aligned with the perspective of a 5 year mission in education and maternal health  in 1390 to become a top acceptable model.

The objectives:

1) Improving the quality of maternal health and newborn

2) Prevention of high risk pregnancies and premature delivery

3) Prevention of nosocomial infections

4) Prevention toward reducing maternal and infant mortality

5) Establishing an ongoing relationship with the hospital of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and advice on high-risk infants and high risk pregnancies

6) Providing high quality services to all patients regardless of financial status, social and religious culture

7) Level of satisfaction of patients and clients and staff


Activities:

  • The main activities of the Clinical Midwifery
  • 24-hour care of pregnant patients and Postpartum
  • Nursing services and the best way of using HIS technology
  • Patient education using audiovisual media (television and video), educational CD and pamphlets for patients discharge
  • A total of 30 beds, which in most cases is completed and occupied
  • Staff participated in conferences and seminars outside the hospital
  • 24 hours of attendance of women and children professionals and active residents in hospitals
  • The use of modern medical equipment and the monthly calibration
  • Specialized clinic for women and newborns
  • Establishment of breastfeeding support groups
  • 24-hour access to online training for physicians and nurses

Special care of specialty and subspecialty:

1) Venipuncture
2) Insertion of a Foley catheter
3) Catheter gastric lavage of the stomach and the baby
4) Taking samples of secretions
5) Washing the perineum
6) Place control epithelial Tommy large
7) Dressing
8) Blood Transfusion
9) FHR monitoring
10) Injecting sulfate in patients with preeclampsia
11) Insulin
12) ECG
13) Control of bleeding after delivery and CS
14) In all cases, patient education

The most common: hyper emesis gravid arum - pregnant patients with preeclampsia - pregnancy bleeding - Pyelonephritis in pregnancy - gestational diabetes - patients with pre-eclampsia and eclampsia - Infection Postpartum - Postpartum Hemorrhage

The routine ultrasound: ultrasound uterine - Fetus and annexes - Pregnancy
